What I Do

Off-market acquisition and disposition advisory for institutional investors, family offices, developers, and 1031 exchange buyers.

I work on a mandate basis. You define the acquisition criteria. I source and evaluate properties against it — coordinating diligence, managing NDA processes, and providing capital introductions when deal structure warrants.

I work across asset classes — multifamily, industrial, hospitality, agricultural, and others — going deep on whatever the mandate requires. The geographic focus is Santa Barbara and Ventura, with hospitality and agricultural mandates extending across the Western region.
