You tell me what you're looking for, and I work to it. I source and evaluate off-market property against your criteria, coordinate diligence, and manage NDA processes — and for owners, I advise on confidential dispositions and broker opinions of value.
I work across asset classes — multifamily, industrial, hospitality, agricultural, and others — going deep where the deal requires it. The geographic focus is Santa Barbara and Ventura, with hospitality and agricultural deal flow extending across the wider Western U.S.

Value-add, repositioning, 1031 exchanges. You have criteria and, often, a clock. I source off-market opportunities that fit, run the early screens, and coordinate diligence so you can make a clean go/no-go.

You can own the building your business operates in instead of renting it. I find the right property — including ones that aren't openly listed — and lay out the purchase numbers against your current lease so you can decide with the figures in front of you. If owning doesn't beat renting right now, I'll tell you.
