You tell me what you're looking for, and I work to it. I source and evaluate off-market property against your criteria, coordinate diligence, and manage NDA processes — and for owners, I advise on confidential dispositions and broker opinions of value.

I work across asset classes — multifamily, industrial, hospitality, agricultural, and others — going deep where the deal requires it. The geographic focus is Santa Barbara and Ventura, with hospitality and agricultural deal flow extending across the wider Western U.S.
