I cover multifamily, industrial, agricultural, and select hospitality across Santa Barbara and Ventura, with hospitality and agricultural deal flow extending across the wider Western U.S. The geographic range is deliberate — it reflects where capital is actively seeking commercial real estate and where I can provide meaningful advisory value.

I live in Ojai, California, where I also own and operate a certified organic orchard.
