Markets
Two primary markets. One broader region.
I track off-market deal flow across Santa Barbara and Ventura — the primary geography of this practice. For hospitality and agricultural mandates, the reach extends across the Western region.
Santa Barbara
Constrained supply. Institutional interest.
Santa Barbara's commercial real estate market operates within strict supply constraints — geographic barriers, entitlement complexity, and a regulatory environment that limits new development. The result is sustained demand against limited inventory.
I source and evaluate multifamily, office, and boutique hospitality opportunities in this market. For hospitality acquisitions, I coordinate NDA execution with listing brokers, source STR performance data and prior appraisals, and run initial underwriting screens on occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR before presenting opportunities to buyers.
Ventura County
Diverse asset base. Institutional momentum.
Ventura County benefits from proximity to Los Angeles without Los Angeles pricing — attracting institutional capital across asset classes. Multifamily, industrial, office, retail and NNN, and agricultural opportunities all trade actively in this market.
I source and evaluate off-market deal flow across the county — from warehouse and logistics corridors to multifamily communities and agricultural operations. The market's breadth makes it a natural complement to Santa Barbara's more constrained inventory.
Western Region
Hospitality and agriculture beyond the primary geography.
Certain asset classes warrant a broader geographic scope. Hospitality acquisitions — boutique hotels, select-service properties — draw from markets across the Western United States where institutional capital is actively seeking deal flow. Agricultural mandates extend across California's primary farming corridors, from the Central Coast through the Central Valley and into Sonoma County.
Hospitality
Boutique hotels and select-service properties evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Active deal flow sourced through NDA-gated relationships with national hospitality brokerages. Markets include coastal California, the Pacific Northwest, and the Mountain West.
Agriculture
Farmland and institutional agricultural acquisitions — permanent crops, row crops, and diversified farming operations. I manage the full diligence pipeline: production records, farming cost analysis, water rights documentation, and operator contracts. Primary corridors include Santa Barbara County, Ventura County, Kern County, San Luis Obispo County, Monterey County, and Sonoma County.
